All orders will go out within 5 business days of when the order is received. We will supply you with a shipping email and tracking number after the product is sent out. Some exceptions apply.

 

Once your purchase has been shipped you will be emailed a tracking number to check the status of your order. We are committed to providing for you the best possible service, if you have any questions please contact us.

 

In some instances when items are thought to be in stock but are not available you will be notified via email of the options available to you prior to your order shipping. Please note we reserve the right not to ship any orders for any reason. If your order has a problem and cannot be shipped, we will contact you with a potential resolution.

 

Due to manufacturers restrictions we cannot ship items outside of Canada.

Shipping Surcharges
Certain remote areas within Canada have limited delivery service and this results in a high shipping cost. Shipping to these areas may have an additional shipping surcharge.  We do have competitive rates with Canada Post. Once we receive your order we will contact you with the shipping surcharge. We apologize in advance for any delays or inconvenience this may cause.  Furniture and oversize items do not qualify for free shipping.  Please contact us for a shipping quote.

Shipment Receiving Guidelines
These guidelines must be followed in order to ensure the option of returning any of the products purchased:

1. For insurance purposes most packages will require a signature.  You must be present to receive, inspect and sign for your delivery if a signature is required.

 

2. Before signing/receiving the package:  a) check to ensure you have received the proper number of packages; and b). check for damaged packaging.

3. When signing for the package it is very important to be as detailed and descriptive as possible on the packing slip before you sign. Your signature indicates acceptance, and if you simply sign without inspecting the packaging or its contents, then you are accepting the shipment “as is”.  If you did not receive the proper number of packages or if any items appear as if they could be damaged, make sure you note this prior to signing.  If damages or shortages are not recorded the shipping company will not honour insurance claims and unfortunately we will not be able to honour our return policy.

4. Immediately unpack all contents to ensure that you were shipped the correct items.  If there are any damages or shortages they must be reported immediately (within 24 hours) using our Return Policy.

 

 

Returning/Cancelling Your Order(S)

 

Hello Baby offers 14 day EXCHANGE POLICY on all returnable products.

 

Hello Baby is confident that you will be happy with your purchase. If you are unsatisfied for any reason we will gladly issue an exchange on all products purchased at regular price. Exchanged merchandise must be unused, unworn and returned in its original packaging (un-opened). For clothing, toys, or other items without a box the original tags must be intact. There will be no returns without a receipt.

 

Product defects are typically handled by the individual manufacturer so they can collect data and troubleshoot with the end-user directly. If you have troubles connecting with a manufacturer please contact us and we will gladly help make the connection. 

 

 

Online Purchases

 

Regular Price Purchases
Products purchased online at regular price may be exchanged within 14 days of the date the item arrived at your door.

 

Sale Price Purchases
Sale priced items are considered final sale.

 

You will be responsible for any shipping charges that occur to return your item. In the case an exchange needs to be mailed, additional shipping charges will apply.  Please contact our customer service team at 1-306-757-2229 if you have any questions.

 

Upon receiving your return, Hello Baby will inspect the item to make sure it is in resalable condition before issuing a credit. If for any reason, the item is not returned in its original condition or is no longer resalable, restocking fees may be deducted.

 

*Please note that shipping fees incurred when sending the order out are non-refundable.
*There is a transaction recovery fee of 5% on online orders that have to be refunded.

 

 

Exceptions
Our customers can always be confident that our products are completely new, unused and attain a high standard of quality. For safety and hygienic reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Feeding items
  • Diapers & swim diapers
  • Breast pumps & accessories
  • Personal care products
  • Food
  • Nursing bras

The following items are final sale:

  • Clearance items
  • Items that have been removed or taken out of their original packaging
  • Items that have been assembled or modified
  • Special order items (including but not limited to all furniture)
 
Products must meet the following criteria in order to be returnable:
1. Must be unused and in the original packaging. All original documents, components and accessories must be included.

2. Product must be in saleable condition with no indications of use.

3. Product must not be a final sale item.
 

Returns will be processed within 10 business days of Hello Baby receiving them.

 

Cancellation Policy

Due to our commitment to process online orders as quickly as possible, cancellation requests must be submitted within 3 hours from the time of order.

 

Please send your cancellation request to [email protected], or call us at 1-306-757-2229 with your order number. Please note that sending in a cancellation request does not mean that your order is immediately cancelled. Cancelled orders will be confirmed in writing via email. In the event that your order cannot be cancelled, please refer to the return policy.
